Commerce has a requirement to aquire the services of a back-up site to
enable the Office of Computer Services (OCS) computer center, located
in the Sills Building at 5285 Port Royal Road in Springfield, VA, to
continue its computer processing in case of an emergency or disaster.
The Offeror shall furnish, as required, the equipment, site location,
power, office space and other Offeror support services required for the
support of all equipment and items supplied under this contract. The
mainframe currently being utilized at the OCS is a IBM 3090-200E, with
numerous peripherals. Attached to the mainframe is a Comten 3690
communications frontend processor and various communication lines. The
contract period of performance for the base year is from
