The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals will include in relative order of importance, the following: (1) Knowledge of overall requirements including the benefits provisions of New York City Employee's Retirement Systems; (2) Experience in relevant areas including experience in providing actuarial audit services to government plans; (3) Experience and qualifications of assigned personnel; (4) Cost analysis (labor, overhead and profit); (5) Quality of written proposal; (6) Quality of presentation; (7) Special licensing requirements where required, which may include fellowship of the American Society of Actuaries and an enrolled Actuary; (8) Past performance on similar projects; (9) Experience in providing actuarial services to government plans, with particular reference to New York City Public Employee Retirement systems, New York City and State Authorities and Public Corporations; (10) Knowledge of applicable New York State Public Retirement System Reporting and Disclosure Act Article 3.a requirements; and applicable requirements of the Social Security Act; (11) Compliance with all requirements as represented in the RFP and the terms and conditions of the proposed Agreement. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, June 15, 1995 at 11:00 A.M. in Conference Rooms 5 & 6, 8th Floor, at 130 Livingston Street (at Boerum Place), Brooklyn, New York.
