J -- REMEDIAL & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON GOVT-OWNED YELLOW IRIS WORKSTAION Sol. DADA16-95-R-0033. Due 072695. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materiels, parts, components and equipment necessary to perform on-site remedial and preventive maintenance services on government-owned Intl Remote Images System (IRIS), Yellow Iris Work Station, Model Bravo9 and 450 located in the Dept of Pathology, Stat Lab, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Contractor shall perform (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections per year and unlimited, unscheduled maintenance visits as required. Equipment failure resulting from fair wear and tear shall be performed within (24) hours of a telephone notice. Contractor shall have the necessary resources, organization, experience and considered qualified to perform the required services on the brand name equipment. Service technicians shall be factory certified and have completently and indpendently without supervision, serviced the brand/model equipment within the last (2) years. Government anticipates to award a firm fixed-price contract to include (4) year options as a result of this solicitation. Solicitation DADA16-95-R-0033 will be issued o/a 26 Jun 95 and to close o/a 26 Jul 95. Proposed solicitation contained herein is unrestricted.
