Provide quick reaction engineering services for investigations in multiple areas of technical and managerial concern, pinpointing problems, analyzing alternatives, and recommending solutions. These recommended solutions may include, but are not limited to, new technology, changes in established procedures and techniques, manufacturing processes and equipment. Engineering services will be required in the following areas: Environmental, Energy Conservation, Concurrent Engineering, Production Readiness Strategies (PRS's), Heavy Metals, Management and Accounting, General Engineering Services Requirements, and Hazardous Waste Management. Other areas such as Engineering Standards, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Energy, may be required. The Government contemplates a time and material, delivery order type contract, with a minimum guarantee of $250,000.00 and a maximum expenditure of $9,950,554.00.
