The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA is seeking sources to compose a statement of work for development and acquisition of a comprehensive missile/rocket firefighting training program. The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to develop the statement of work. The statement of work shall include, but not be limited to the movement of missiles/rockets and/or components onto Vandenberg AFB; transport vehicles, hazards of movements; storage, processing and staging of missile/rocket and/or components, hazards of storage, processing and staging; assembly and/or preping missiles/rockets at launch facilities, hazards of pre-launch assembly/preping; launch incidentes, i.e. fire, explosions, etc.; technical data governing Vandenberg missiles/rockets; missile/rocket fuel/chemical hazards; and hazards inherent to storage, processing and staging facilities.
