Contract period will be December 1, 1995, or date of award whichever is later, through November 30, 1996, with four one-year option periods. Estimated annual air tickets sales of $9.2 million, 25,491 tickets, 18 percent internationaltravel, with one hundred percent participation in the Government charge cardprogram. A rebate of .68% is required. One on-site facility shall be established at 10th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The FBI requires assistance in the arrangement of conference services; astate-of-the-ART telephone system capable of generating reports; and satellite ticket printers in various Field offices (currently numbering 21).
