using the overhanging on-site concreting method (the above criteria
should refer to the same project). Note: only Construction projects in
which bidders have had a 20 percent or greater share are eligible for
consideration; 5) firms that can assign to the Construction site a
full-time chief engineer or engineering supervisor who meets the
following criteria: a) is qualified as a certified First-class
Construction supervisor or equivalent or higher; B) has -- since April
1, 1985 as the main contractor -- had experience with Construction of

engineering supervisor, is qualified to supervise designated
