The work shall include driveways, parking, playgrounds, landscaping, fencing, and all utilities necessary to support the brick-faced, wood-framed building. The planned duration of construction is 210 calendar days. Estimated range of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitation package available O/A July 19, 1995. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guarantee on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
