This is a correction to previous issued statement of work and is restated entirely as follows: This action is 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC is 1541. Solicitation packages may be requested in writing providing company's complete name, mailing address and telephone number. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Construct support facility for installation of a vehicle wash rack in accordance with plans and specifications. Work includes asphalt pavement demolition, installation of site utilities (to include storm drainage, sanitary sewer, oil/water separator, natural gas, water and electricity), a reinforced concrete slab on grade, asphalt paving, prefabricated rigid metal siding and roofing for covered wash bay, and a prefabricated metal building for a pump house. All utilities are available adjacent to the site. Actual vehicle wash equipment will be furnished and installed under separate contract. Anticipate issue date on/about 28 June 1995 with a bid opening on/about 28 July 1995. Prebid conference/site visit scheduled on/about 7 July 1995. (156)
