The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, approved materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair four Marine Aviation Logistic Squadron Buildings and two sheds adjacent building 2385. Needed work which is common to all four buildings and the two sheds includes replacement of damaged doors, exhaust fans, and interior painting. The following are additional work items applicable to each building and incidental related work: Bldg. 2378 work includes sealing off the X-ray room at door bottom; Bldg. 2379 work includes closing off of exterior wall openings, replacing roof ventilators, providing new access door system at overhead track, and extending fire wall to underside of roof; Bldg 2380 work includes filling in of roll-up door openings, adding windows, replacing condenser, boiler and roof air handlers with roof mounted package heating and cooling units, replacing ductwork, replacing entire roofing system, welding of steel deck, adding structural steel framing and exterior painting; Bldgs. 2385, sheds 2383 and 2384, work includes replacing two hydraulic lifts with electric lifts, hydraulic fluids system, replacing holding tank with oil water separator and connect to sanitary drainage, replacing paving for site drainage east of shed 2383, and repairing sliding chain link gates. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 pm local time, 27 July 1995 at Building 22101, MCB, Camp Pendleton, CA. The S.I.C. Code is 1542, ''General Contractors - Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. The estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Estimated time for completion is 150 days. All responsible sources may submit a bid and it shall be considered.
