The US Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for paving rehabilitation at the Leetown National Fish Research Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia. The work includes all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to pave designated areas of the site including surface preparation of existing pavement surfaces; furnishing and placing gravel; application of prime coat in all areas with new gravel to receive new bituminous concrete pavement; application of tack coat over existing pavement receiving new bituminous concrete overlay; furnishing and placement of bituminous concrete including base preparation; furnishing and installation of a corrugated metal drainage pipe; application of painted pavement markings for parking stalls; and associated labor and materials required to regrade existing roadway shoulders, including fertilization, seeding, and mulching areas disturbed during construction. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a June 26, 1995.
