Z -- EXPAND EMCS DUE 050995 POC Mr Philip Kirby tel: 210/652-5183 CNT F41691-95-R-0043 Design/Build services are required to accomplish and deliver complete survey/inspection service, reports, construction documents, including site investigation, design analysis, working drawings, construction plans, and to furnish and install EMCS control system components to upgrade the EMCS in support of additional facilities to be added to the system. An estimated 8 new Network Control Units (NCU'S), the relocation of existing NCU's along with fiber optic network modifications and additions. All equipment must perform with full compatibility with the existing Johhnson Control ''METASYS Direct Digital Control system currently performing DDC and EMCS functions. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
