The subject requirement is for the renewal of the software lease and maintenance update for MSC/NASTRAN and its related options (MSC/ARIES and MSC/DYTRAN) to provide support for the Aeronautical Systems Center Major Shared Resource Center (ASC MSRC) for the Engineering and Scientific Communities within Wright Laboratory (WL), ASC, as well as other DoD components. Terms and conditions specified in the software license agreement provided by MacNeal-Schwendler are necessary and sufficient to meet minimum Air Force requirements for this proposed acquisition.
