Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to compete orders on multiple occasions for a two year period against Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5629 with Diagnostic/Retrieval Systems, Inc., Technology Applications and Service Company (DRS), 200 Professional Drive Gaithersburg, MD 20879. The orders will be competed between Westinghouse Norden Systems, Inc. and DRS for the AN/SPS-67(V) and between Cardion Inc. and DRS for the AN/SPS-55 Radar. Orders will be issued for the repair parts, repair alterations, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance for the AN/SPS-67 and AN/SPS-55 Radars. This includes all materials and services incidental to such work, storage, inventory functions or shipping and handling. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
