The acquisition will be conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The period of performance is from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996, with two, one-year renewal options. Offers for the option periods will be evaluated at the time of evaluations of offers for the initial period. This is a notice to the public of our intent to negotiate directly with Honeywell Protection Service. This is not a Request for Proposals. Numbered Note 22 applies. (0158)
