The Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity intends to negotiate on a competitive basis a contract to provide Medical Advice and Review of the Corps of Engineers Occupational Health program for HQUSACE. The contractor shall provide a licensed medical physician, who is Board certified or is considered to be Board eligible by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in occupational or aerospace medicine and has three years experience in occupational medicine, for a average of eighteen (18) hours per month. The contractor shall also be required to provide the services of an Industrial Hygienist, certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, to assist the physician for an average of four (4) hours per month. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The contract will be for a base year and two option years. The proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. For the purpose of the procurement a small business concern is defined as: a concern whose average annual sales or receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the proceeding three (3) years has not exceeded 5 million. All requests for proposals must be in writing and reference DACW72-95-R-0008. A thirty (30) day response time for receipt of proposals will be allowed on the RFP.
