Contractor shall do all things necessary to provide real estate property sales closing services for Dept. of HUD on single family homes located in Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties in New York State and must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. Contract term is for one year with an option to extend for one additional year. Contractor must establish an office in Albany Rensselaer, Saratoga or Schenectady County in NY. Contractor must be a member of the New York State Bar. Solicitation packages will be available June 9, 1995 at HUD's New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 10AM, June 30, 1995 at the HUD Albany Office, 52 Corporate Circle, Albany, NY. Proposals will be due July 13, 1995 at 3PM local time in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068 and shall be evaluated by a Technical Evaluation Panel.
