The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks a qualified person for the purpose of providing Contract Drug Counselor services to female inmates incarcerated at FPC Alderson. Services are to include individual and group counseling and drug abuse educational sessions to inmates who are participating in residential and/or non-residential drug abuse treatment programs. This contract calls for three (3), eight (8) hour session per week. A total of one hundred fifty-six (156) sessions for the contract period. This procurement is not set aside for small business, (8(a) included), or labor surplus areas. The estimated availability of the solicitation is June 29, 1995.
