Ross, Contracting Officer. Services Non-personal: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to strip, paint, and refill government owned cylinders. Stripping and Painting include all lettering, stenciling, affixing of decals, metal lettering and/or number stamping when required by applicable regulation. Gases will be a variety of Compressed Nitrous Oxide, Oxygen, Air, and Carbon Dioxide. Base year will begin 1 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1996 and includes four (4) one-year options.
