The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services for construction of a new Hagen Branch Post Office in Boynton Beach, Florida on a site located on the Southeast corner of Jog Rd. and Boynton Beach Blvd. The building will have approximately 28,000 gross SF of floor space. Some of the building features are steel frame construction with brick veneer over metal studs, modified bitumen roof, site work, electrical HVAC, concrete, carpentry, painting, glass store front, plumbing and other work associated with postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 with completion within 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
