Description of Project: The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for the construction of new Consolidated Skills Center (Malmstrom AFB MT) plus the demolition and removal of the existing Auto Shop Building #1250, Arts and Crafts Building #1245 and miscellaneous storage sheds. The project includes new parking, street removal, transmission line relocation, fencing and landscaping plus the regrading of the existing site. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 1 Jul 1995. Bid opening will be on or about 1 Aug 1995. Performance period is 360 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Standard Industrial Code is 1542. (156)
