Associated work includes newheating, ventilating and DDC temperature control systems, fire sprinkler, detection and alarm system modifications, new toilet room plumbing, and new electrical distribution system, new lighting system, new safety CCTV surveillance, new perimeter doorsecurity IDS and communication systems throughout, and relocation of existing secondary distribution panels. Exterior work includes new exit concrete stairs, sidewalks and minor concrete patching and painting. The estimated construction price range isbetween $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
