Insulate joist cavity beneath main floor of the house. Replace main breaker throw levers. Replace existing walkway fixtures. Install new light fixture along path to Guest House. Install new light fixtures in front yard of house and remodel the Guest House bathroom and incidental related work. This proposed acquisition is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible but NLT 26 JUNE 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds from an approved surety and specific info which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete info concerning management experience in similar work and current financial statement shall be submitted with references. IF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED FROM AN ADEQUATE NUMBER OF SDB CONCERNS, THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.
