Removal and replacement of spiral staircase treads to an elevation of 20 feet above the boat landing level, removal of all deck gratings from boat landing level, removal and replacement of deck grating support sections, replacement of all deck gratings and secure to support sections (cold galvanize after welding), bolt or weld support brackets for safety rails to support sections, reinstall safety rails.
