Improvement of the gravel maintenance road for the MALSR system at McKinney Municipal Airport, McKinney, Texas. Work consists of upgrading an existing road including a turn around area. Upgrading will result in a concrete surfaced road at grade, with gravel shoulders and at the north end turn around area also used for parking.
