Install new storm drainage, geogrid, aggregate base, asphalt surface, paint markings, pcc sidewalk and pcc curb and gutter. Install new electrical conduits at Minot AFB ND. Work is 98% general, 0% mechanical and 2% electrical. Work is not in a restricted area and consists of a 210 calendar day performance period. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office in writing of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but not later than 16 Jun 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
