The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required the demolition and removal of existing roofing and existing rake roof framing; the application of new wood framing atop the existing roof framing; the extension of gable end walls; the application of new concrete tile roofing, and handling of lead-containing paint and non-friable asbestos, and incidental related work at Silver Strand Housing, Coronado, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. It is a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract.
