Z -- COOLING TOWER REPLACEMENT SOL 95-163 POC Contact Leroy King at (404)842-6510 Z-Provide all necessary tools, labor, equipment, materials and transportation for the removal and replacement of one (1) Cooling Tower in Building #1 South, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1600 Clifton Road, Atlanta, Georgia. The work is to include but not limited to: (a) Removal and disposal of existing Cooling Tower (b) Removal and/or disposal of piping, valves and other materials as indicated on the drawings (c) Furnish and install new forty-one (41) ton closed cell Cooling Tower, pump, piping, controls, electrical work as indicated on the drawings and in the contract documents. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-163 will be available on or about June 30, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
