Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 92-1051A1, MAINTAIN/REPAIR AIR FREIGHT TERMINAL, BLDG 4069, HICKAM AFB HAWAII SOL F6460595B0027 POC H'STRELLA A. CROOM, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (808) 449-6860 Ext 306. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, concrete foundations, structural steel, gyp board, ceramic tile, carpenty, air conditioning, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, electrical, painting and other incidental related work. It should be noted that asbestos removal, hydraulic oils and lead paint abatement will also be included. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Unrestricted Competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $500,000.00 and $1 million dollars.
