Work entails demolition and replacement of existing lighting fixtures including mounting supports, wiring connections and extension, distribution lighting panel boards, main servie feeders from transformer secondary distribution mains. The project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The performance period is 180 days for one building and 200 days for the other three buildings. One Notice to Proceed will be issued with performance to begin on each project the same day. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. Mainland contractors are encouraged to provide Federal Express, or DHL account numbers with their request for solicitation documents to expedite delivery.
