This requirement is for services and materials to upgrade the 2F170 Night Targeting System (NTS) installation kit for the AH-1W helicopter. The kit will consist of one (each) NTS Interface controller (NIC), which is unique to a trainer application, one (lot) cable connector set, one (each) range/battle flag PCB assembly, one (each) channel select lever and housing, two copies of NTS upgrade software, one (lot) operator/maintenance training and one (set) of documentation. Kollsman is the only manufacturer of the NTS and has the technical data package required to upgrade the existing NTS. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price delivery order will be negotiated under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0088 with Kollsman Division of Sequa Corporation, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Meet the Agency's Requirements.
