DITCO-EUROPE intends to procure via a Small Disadvantage Business Set Aside, telecommunication technical support services for the 5th Signal Command and the U.S. Information Systems Command. The vendor shall be capable of providing support to the U.S. Army installations in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Great Britain, and Italy for the areas of software automation and communication planning, application development, fielding and training, software enhancement, maintenance and integration, and Local Area Network (LAN) development. The selected contractor shall also be required to provide dedicated technical support services at Heidelburg and Stuttgart. At least four people(two people per location) must have a sensitive compartmented Information(SCI) security clearance to support both the United States European Command (USEUCOM), located in Stuttgart and Headquarters, United States Army Europe (HQ USAREUR) located in Heidelberg. Maximum involvement will not exceed 65 work years of effort per year. DITCO-Europe plans to issue a five year firm fixed price requirements type contract. The contract shall utilized task orders for specific tasks as the funds and specific needs become identified by the warfighters. Solicitation to be released on or about 28 June 1995.
