No solicitation will result from this action. There is no possibility of attaining future employment. A week-to-week service agreement will be negotiated in order to provide operation and maintenance support for the DTNET at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Bethesda, MD until a contract that is currently in the final stages of negotiation is awarded. The agreement will include a base period of performance of one week, and three one-week options. The base period of performance is to begin 31 July 1995 and continue through 4 August 1995. The first option period will begin 7 August 1995 and continue through 11 August 1995. The second option period will begin 14 August 1995 and will continue 18 August 1995. The third option period will begin 21 August 1995 and will continue through 25 August 1995. All inquiries shall be directed to the individual named in paragraph 11. A Justification and Approval has been prepared. Interested parties shall submit complete cost and technical packages. Parties not providing the required information will not be considered.
