Provide all material, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to represent the government in the procurement of leased office and related types of space under 10,000 sf and the administration and management of these leases. The contractor will also be required to administer and manage 25 leases that have been procured by GSA. The leases and facilities will be located in the following states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Term Contract with the ability to perform subject services for approximately 500,000 sf per year of space with a maximum size of 9,999 net usable square feet per lease. The contract will consist of one base year with two one year options. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with source selection procedures outlined in the solicitation package.
