The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for the removal of asphalt shingle roof, approximately 60 squares; repair/replacement of roof sheathing, approximately 10 squares; structural reinforcement of wood floor by jacking and lamination of new structural wood timbers to existing wood timbers; and replacement of approximately 1000 sq. ft. of wood plank flooring. Work also includes approximately 200 ft. of gutter replacement and 180 ft. of gutter downspout replacement. Work is to be performed at the National Emergency Training Center located in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The period of performance for this contract is approximately 90 calendar days. The invitation for bid will be available on or about 7/3/95 and the bid opening on or about 8/7/95. A site visit will be scheduled on or about 7/17/95. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package upon its release. This procurement is 100% set aside, the standard of which a concern including its affiliates, having an average sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $17.0 million (SIC CODE 1542). Plans and specifications will be limited to ONE SET per contractor. The contractor is responsible for reproducing additional sets. No Telephone Requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
