The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, etc, required to perform the work in accordance with the specification and drawings to repair existing sewer/water/storm systems or to install new sewer/water/storm systems on Elmendorf AFB, AK. The work areas are: all sewer, water and storm utility systems, which includes all pipes, manholes, valves, and fire hydrants. The work items include, but are not limited to: pipe replacing, manhole lining, patching or replacing, fire hydrant replacing, new valves and valve boxes, asphalt paving, replace concrete curbs and gutters, replace concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, base course and subbase work, and others. This project is for One (1) Basic year with two (2) Option years. The magnitude of this project, including the Options is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
