The parts must in accordance with NAVAIR drawing 1569AS889, revision D. The quantities we require are as follows: -1 = 20 each, -2 = 10 each, and -4 = 10 each. Two option periods will be incorporated for the same parts and quantities as is in the base year. A first article unit will be be required. Six pieces of data will be required: First Article Test Plan, First Article Test Procedure, First Article Test/Inspection Report, ESS/Acceptance Test Procedure, ESS/Acceptance Test Inspection Report, and Reliability Prediction Report. MIL-STD-2000A and MIL-I-45208 will be required at time of award. The following are the frequency ranges of the amplifiers required: -1 shall have a frequency range of 0.5 to 2.0 GHz; -2 shall have a frequency range of 2.0 to 4.0 GHz; and -4 shall have a frequency range of 8.0 to 12.0 GHz. These amplifiers are intended for use in an airborne, pressurized high humidity and high vibration application. The parts shall be delivered as FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Indianapolis, 6000 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219.
