This amending synopsis changes the mode of procurement from a single source procurement to open (small and large businesses) type competition. This amending synopsis adds the following salient characteristics to the requirement: Contractor is required to have a complete and functional software that will allow RS-232 communication with the 2M912BUX1 Liquid Flow Transfer Standard System (LFTSS). This interfacing must allow operational checks, recertification, reprogramming, and ability to address Data Tables, Calabration Variables, Constants and Configuration Routines of the 2M912BUX1 LFTSS.
