System Engineering and Integration support to the Program Executive Office for Command and Control Systems (PEO-CCS) for the engineering and integration of the five automated Battlefield Functional Area (BFA) Command and Control Systems into a single integrated C2 system. The five BFA's are Intelligence/Electronic Warfare (IEW), Fire Support, Air Defense, Maneuver Control, and Combat Service Support. This effort includes system engineering and support for the integration of a Counternarcotics Command Management System (CN/CMS) with ATCCS. Other areas of support include engineering support to Common Hardware/Software (CHS), as well as individual program manager's under PEO-CCS operational control. Functional areas of support include system engineering, test, configuration management, and logistics. This notification is for a sole source procurement action which will be processed as a six (6) month extension to the ATCCS Contract DAAB07-89-C-L009 with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
