R -- BROKER CONTRACT(S) TO REVIEW LEASES SOL GS-08P-95-JCC-0510 DUE 080395 POC Contact,Winifred Campbell,303/236-1770 SIC 6531. Summary of Work: Real Estate Broker services will be utilized to review existing leases in Region 8 (CO, MT, ND, SD, WY, UT) to ascertain whether and what savings can be realized by renegotiation/restructuring or seeking reductions in buildings' tax assessment where the Government is a lessee. The contractor will be responsible for thoroughly researching, analyzing, evaluating and recommending the most advantageous course of action the Government should adopt. These services are considered contingency services and consist of tasks which include: (1) Reviewing existing leases to see if better terms can be negotiated; (2) Reviewing existing renewal options to see if better renewal terms can be negotiated; (3) Reviewing tax assessments and make determinations/recommendations as to whether a tax appeal would be successful.
