This modification will serve as a bridge for the continued provision of Protective Force Support Services at DOE Headquarters facilities, pending the resolution of a protest filed against award of DOE follow-on contract No. DE-AC01-95SA10165. The determination to use other than full and open competition was made in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The period of performance for this bridge is 1 month, with three, 1-month options, at a level-of-effort of approximately 27,000 Direct Productive Labor-Hours per period. See Note 22. (0160)
