Tennant, Jr. Contracting Officer, (301) 713-0823 The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to issue an RFP for the platemaking, printing, folding, collating, and distribution of approximately 21 different aeronautical navigation charts. A projected total quantity of approximately 850,000 charts will be produced in mandatory 7 calendar day performance periods every 56 calendar days. Chart sizes vary from 20'' x 45'' to 20'' x 55.'' Charts shall be printed in four colors. The performance period of the contract, including any and all options, will be no more than 4 years. Award may be made under the solicitation or under an existing contract option. Requests for the solicitation shall be in writing. (0160)
