SMC/TE is soliciting commercial launch sites, facilities, and support to accommodate small launch vehicles, including minuteman retrofits. Support is required for orbital and suborbital launches at varying azimuths, including: booster support, stacking, launch vehicle/booster integration, launch conduct, and launch site refurbishment after launch. The contractor shall provide interface support to range sites, logistics support, support services, facility engineering, program management, and special studies as required. The Government reserves the right to consider this acquisition for the 8(a) program, small disadvantaged business set-aside, small business set-aside, historically black colleges and universities, or minority institutions set-aside based upon responses to this synopsis. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
