The work is situated in Burleigh County, North Dakota, approximately one mile east of Bismarck, North Dakota. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 3, 1995. The projected bid opening date is on or about August 3, 1995. The proposed solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.
