Y -- REPAIR ROOF - BUILDING 11 SOL 9BJ3T20518B POC CHARLES BELL, Tel:713-483-6811 Contracting Officer:ROD ETCHBERGER, Tel:713-483-8530 This project provides for the removal of the existing aggregate, built-up roofing material, underlying insulation board, and the entire lightweight insulating fill deck above the existing metal deck. Upon completion of this effort, the Contractor will install a new lightweight insulating fill deck, a mechanically fastened base sheet, 2-ply vapor barrior, layer of rigid insulation board, 4-ply built-up roofing, roof aggregate, and associated flashing. In addition, prior to commencement of any roofing work, the contractor will install a ''black-iron'' support system above the existing layin ceiling in Building 11 for the purpose of supporting the existing lighting, mechanical, and lay-in ceiling systems. Total construction cost for this project is estimated to between $200,000 to $500,000. The period of performance is 95 days.
