The work includes renovation of 54 townhouse housing buildings and 7 duplex housing buildings (total 250 housing units); to include addition of covered front and rear porches and service yards; replacement of interior and exterior doors and storm doors; painting; new vinyl siding, trim and soffits; new insulated vinyl windows; new synthetic stucco (EIFS); replacement of carpet, sheet vinyl, and ceramic tile flooring; gypsum board; new ceiling insulation; asbestos and lead abatement; replacement of HVAC system; reworking of interior and exterior water, gas and waste piping; improvements and reworking of electrical power and lighting; and limited sitework consisting of concrete sidewalks and patios; minor landscaping, removal of chain link fencing and providing new vinyl fencing.
