SOLICITATION FOR ASH FILL CLOSURE AT ROCKY MOUNTAIN LABORATORY, HAMILTON, MONTANA. Work shall be inclusive of, but not limited to the following: Regrading and capping of an existing incinerator ash disposal site located at Rocky Mountain Laboratory in Hamilton, Montana. The work includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, grading, installation of geogrid and clay cover, erosion control, site restoration and fencing. Contract performance period will be 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this fixed-price construction contract is estimated to be betwween $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The basis of award will be the low Base Bid and subject to availability of funds. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about May 26, 1995 from the Bid Custodian, National Institutes of Health, Acquisitions Branch C, Building 13, Room G800, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland 20892 at a non-refundable cost of $15.00.
