The size standard is $7.0 Million. The work includes provide for new HVAC and exhaust systems, including new rooftop A/C unit, new makeup unit, new heat recovery unit, new exhaust systems, DDC controls, new EPDM roof, and incidental related work for Maxam Hall, Dining Facility. The projected date of availability of the solicitation is 27 June 1995. The projected bid opening date is 27 July 1995.
