Work for KNMD 931288B(R2) includes but is not limited to demolition of walls, upgrade A/C system, fire protection, floor/wall covering, painting, walls, electrical, emergency lights, enclose stairway, alteration of fire sprinkler main and branch lines, electrical, mechanical, architectural and appurtenances. KNMD 931288B is subject to the Statutory Limitation of $300,000.00. A solicitation will be issued on or about 31 July 1995 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
