Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing air handling units, exterior condensing unit, wall mounted electric heaters, piping, controls, electrical feeders, and accessories; relocate heating water pumps, provide new chiller, chilled water pumps, and related piping; remove and replace HVAC controls systems; remove and replace feeder panel board; provide new electrical service to existing boiler, chiller, pumps, and controls; reconnect existing electrical feeders to lighting panel board, maintenance shop, and exterior lights; provide equipment pad and screen for new chiller location. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 28 Jun 95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
